The Protech Carrier is a first responder plate rack featuring water repellant 1000 denier nylon, 1-inch modular webbing for accessory and equipment customization and a squeeze buckle outer strap. The carrier is compatible with soft ballistic panel inserts and 10x12 rifle plates allowing for custom ballistic protection based on mission needs.
